Kole Imports has issued an immediate recall of 3,600 packages of "Baby 2 Pack" Pacifiers. The pacifier's nipple can easily detach from the guard, posing a serious choking hazard to young children.
The pacifiers consist of rubber nipples attached to a white or light blue plastic guard. The cardboard packaging includes a picture of a baby, toy blocks, a toy train engine, and a diaper pin, as well as the following text: "Baby," "2 pack pacifiers," and "BI194." The back of the packaging bears an image of the American flag and the words "AN AMERICAN COMPANY." The pacifiers were sold in packs of two in discount dollar stores nationwide for about $1.
Consumers can return the pacifier to the store where purchased for a full refund. For more information contact Kole Imports at (800) 874-7766 anytime or e-mail recall@koleimports.com.
