Toys "R" Us Recalls Coloring Cases

Ink on wood case, black watercolor paint contain lead

Toys "R" Us has recalled about 27,000 Imaginarium brand 213 Piece Wooden Coloring Cases because the ink on the wood cases and the black watercolor paint contain lead.

The recalled coloring cases come in a light tan wooden carrying case and include crayons, pastels, colored pencils, water colors, fiber pens, a paintbrush, pencil, palette, white paint, ruler, and pencil sharpener. The case measures about 14 inches tall and 19 inches wide. They were sold at Toys "R" Us stores and toysrus.com from October 2006 to August 2007 for about $20.

Parents should immediately take the coloring cases away from children and return them to Toys "R" Us for store credit.
