Regal Lager Inc. has recalled 14,300 Phil&Teds e3 strollers with double seats.

The e3 Buggy is a three-wheeled stroller with a black steel tubing frame. It was sold in a variety of fabric colors. An additional seat, called the Doubles Kit, can be added directly behind the main stroller's seat, allowing a second child to ride. The seat can be attached either to the top of the stroller's frame or atop the rear axle. If attached to the rear axle, the child seated in the lower seat can touch the rear tires, thereby risking abrasion injury. The strollers were sold at Internet retailers and baby furniture and baby product stores nationwide for about $380.

To contact Regal Lager for free rear wheel guards, or for more information, call (800) 593-5522 between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. ET Monday through Friday, or visit www.regallager.com To view the entire recall, including a photo, please visit: http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml07/07069.html
