This quick drink, made in a blender or food processor, combines low-fat yogurt with fresh fruit and juice without the addition of sugar. It makes an ideal quick breakfast or a nutritious, soothing snack. It can also be a great antidote to an unsettled stomach. Substitute whatever type of fruit is in season. Other great combinations: peach-cantaloupe, raspberry-blueberry-orange, or plum peach.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yields: about 1 ¼ cups, or 2 servings

Ingredients
½ of a ripe banana
¼ cup sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons orange juice, fresh or bottled
½ cup plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt

1. Place the banana, strawberries, and orange juice in the container of a food processor or blender, and puree.
2. Add the yogurt and puree until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
