How to

Top Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves with rice, chopped cucumber or snow peas, and shredded chicken, chopped salmon, or slivered pork. Drizzle with peanut sauce and wrap tightly.

Top baked tortilla chips with veggies, diced meat or chicken, refried beans, salsa, and shredded cheese. Heat in oven until cheese melts.

Stuff pita pockets with scrambled eggs, veggies, cheese, and chopped tomato; microwave until cheese melts.
