The Sneaky Chef: Icy Hot Chocolate

Your kids will never guess this delicious dessert contains wheat germ.

Makes 2 servings.
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 2 ounces)
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp wheat germ
  • 3 to 4 cups ice cubes
  • Whipped cream, optional

Dump all the ingredients except cream in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. Serve in a large coffee mug or parfait glass, and top with whipped cream if desired.
