Lemon-Dill Dip

Kids can help by stirring the dip and snapping the ends off the beans

Top 10 Power Snacks

PREP: 5 minutes
YIELD:1 cup dip

Lemon-Dill Dip
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill, or 1 1/2 Tbs dried
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 Tbs lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Stir ingredients together in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve, with green beans or assorted veggies.

  HOW KIDS CAN HELP: Stir dip; snap ends off beans.
PER SERVING (2 Tbs): 20 calories, 1 g fat (0 g saturated), 58 mg sodium, 2 mg cholesterol
