The not-too-powerful chocolate mint patty and delicious, buttery dough in these cookies proved to be the winning combination for the judges. Winner Dee Wolters, who developed the recipe for these with her daughter Hannah, says the cookies are "good as gold coins for promoting a lazy student to study"!
