You can’t take plastic bags to many recycling centers, but you can bring yours here (so far, they’ve recycled 1,400 tons of plastic).

It ranks second in the country for green energy use by a retailer, behind Whole Foods. Kohl’s stores get a fifth of their energy from natural and renewable plant and animal sources.
