Screen Play App of the Week: ARSoccer

Screen Play App of the Week: ARSoccer

ARSoccer is a very cool and different kind of app that uses augmented reality to engage kids (and adults) in “playing” with a soccer ball with their own feet. By pointing the phone downwards, the camera acts as a guide as the ball reacts to your foot movement and also bounces off of any obstructions that are present. Your kids will get a kick (excuse the pun) out of this free app, and you will, too.

ARSoccer

Works on: iPhone, iPod Touch (4th generation) and iPad 2

Cost: FREE

For: Anyone who loves soccer and has enough coordination to kick a ball
