Best laid plans… I'd hoped to leave at least $300 in my account. This past
week however, my computer completely fried itself – and I have a major paper due
in 3 days – so I've had to take care of that. Plus, my car is getting work done.
Without the car, I quite literally wouldn't be able to get to work since public
transit won't get me there from where I live. On the flip side, I'm incredibly
grateful to have a job so that I can take care of these things, as well as
contacts and friends that are helping me keep the costs as low as possible.

It was my birthday this week so I am getting treated to a prenatal massage! I’m
really excited for that. As of right now, the rent and my IRA contribution has
been paid. I still have to pay the bills for the first half of the month.
