Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

It depends...is it light bleeding, like spotting and only occassionally or heavy bleeding?  If you are near your 5-9 week mark it can be common and what's called an implantation bleed.  It's where the fetus attaches itself to the uterian wall.  If you are having a heavy bleed along with cramping or if you are having bleeding when you urinate and it hurts too then you need to get to a doctor.  Bleeding when urinating can be a sign of an infection, in which case you need to get it cleared up pretty quickly.  good luck!
