You can, but it isn't recommended. If you are in the early part of your pregnancy it wouldn't be as bad, but as you get bigger you will start to feel really off balance. The weight you are gaining will make you feel this way and if you are in heels the more likely you are to fall. I say if you need heels go for a low heel and not a high heel. Or stick to flats until after your baby is born.
