Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

what kind of pain?
Does it go away and only come on at night? If so that sounds like braxton hicks to me. Or it could be your growing, stretching muscles. I know by the end of the day most of me is hurting and I'm only 18 weeks. You should never just sit in pain. Talk to your dr and make sure it isn't anything serious. Good luck! :)
With my second, night time was his time to play.  Every night I'd have to get up about midnight to take a warm shower to calm him down.  I'd stand there for 10 or 15 minutes, the warm water would sothe him and relax me and I could go back to sleep.  Until the one day when I was 40 weeks and 2 days along and I did my shower thing and realized what I was feeling was contractions, not him partying!  lol!  If you are in pain, discuss it with your doctor especially at 32 weeks along.  Like Mommy said you maybe having braxton hicks as your body prepares for the real thing.
