I am having leg spasms while at work I am currently 28 weeks and i stand on my feet at work alot at work also

It's very typical at this stage (I am also 28 weeks) to get leg cramps. They are painful and annoying. Make sure you're keeping yourself hydrated. Make sure that when you get breaks at work (which you should be getting!!) to sit down and elevate your feet. If you get a leg cramp, gentle massage is usually the best trick and then hit that bottle of water!
