I am so tired, but cant sleep...
Im a nanny, and work atleast 10 hours a day. When I get home do some cleaning, feed the dog, dinner,shower, wait for my husband to get home. But the time we both settle down for bed its atleast 11. Ill lay in bed for about and hour or 2 before I can fall asleep. Then its up at 7 again... Now with school starting my schedule will be even longer. Any ticks or advice for getting to sleep???
