Walking is an easy and relaxing way to exercise while pregnant. 30 minutes a day should do it!
Walking and swimming are the best exercises for pregnant women. Ask your doctor before you start any kind of exercise program.
As long as your doctor says it's okay, you can do pretty much anything you could do before you were pregnant. If you didn't do anything, walking is the best place to start.
IF you didnt work out alot before then ive heard u shouldnt workout hard... walking is great!!! and talk to your doctor :) xoxoxooxoox
