Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

i know what you  mean ive alrealdy found out that i am pregnant and im already paranoid too lol
While pregnant it is recommended that you sleep on your sides.  Preferably your left side. That allows for the maximum blood flow to the baby.   You should never sleep on your belly while pregnant.   I hope this helped you both.
Right now any form of sleep is good sleep! Granted sleeping on sides are prefered, especially left side. (Your blood flow increases, kidney function increases and liver function increases on this side: all good things for your baby getting max oxygen) However, I slept on sides, stomach and back in my first trimester and little one was just fine, she's still bumping. Now that I'm bigger its practically impossible to sleep on my belly and unless I want my belly to strangle me at night back sleep is out of the question too! Don't worry, jsut enjoy the sleep at this point.
why is your left side is the best to sleep on.why not the right side and why is it not good to lay on your back
Because of the placement of your arteries.  And if you lay on your back, your uterus puts pressure on your aorta(the main artery in your back).  You should sleep on your left side so that your body and baby get maximum blood flow.
