Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

I'm 37 weeks and having the same issues. I get cramps and then they turn into diarrhea feeling cramps. My doctor said braxtin hicks can cause your bowels to move and that can cause diarrhea. Also, make sure you are drinking a lot more water because you are having diarrhea and that makes you dehydrated. When you are dehydrated your uterus will contract more.
