Get a pregnancy wedge or use a pillow and put it under your belly at night. It will help to alleviate some of those pulling feelings. This is very important as you get into your third trimester because those achey feelings become completely painful and will rob you of your much needed sleep if you don't support your belly correctly.
Yes I agree with pinkington. Even putting a pillow between your legs will help a little. You have to figure your body is now much bigger than it used to be and that stretching feeling is just that your belly is way further out there than you are used to. I would also talk to my ob doctor about this and maybe they can suggest some stuff for you.
