It's not safe to diet during pregnancy. If your eating healthy and gaining weight then your body might need the extra fat especially if you were very thin to start with. I love to walk when i am pregnant bc it makes me feel better about gaining weight. I know that I am still taking care of myself.
NO IT IS NOT SAFE AT ALL TO DIET Y PREGNANT IT IS NORMAL TO GET BIG I WAS 98 POUNDS BEFORE I GOT PREGNANT IAM 113 AND IAM JUST 15 WEEKS AND 3 DAYS AWAY FROM 4MONTHS(16 WEEKS) IF U ASK YOUR DOCTOR HE WILL TELL U THE SAME DNT WORRY AFTER YOU HAVE THAT BABY U CAN DIET LIKE U WANT AND EXCERSICE IT OFF
you can NOT diet, eating healthy and walking everyday should help you to not gain to much weight, but every woman is different some woman gain alot and some dont it all depends on the baby and your body. I wouldn't worry about gaining to much but if it bothers you just eat healthy and walk everyday, and do some excerises not to intesne exercises though. after you have the baby you can lose all of it you want!
