I'm in my second trimester - is abdominal aches and cramping during and/or after exercise normal?
I went for my usual 2-mile run yesterday and towards the end, my lower abdomen began to feel slightly sore and achy, like I had jiggled around too much or worked some muscles. The feeling never subsided, and today it feels as sore as if I did ab crunches! Is this normal? I'm so afraid that running (especially in the heat) is going to effect my baby.
