Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

Hi everyone! We just found out this past week that I was pregnant. We are so excited, but at the same time really nervous about miscarriages. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidisim since I was 18 and now I'm almost 28. I have been taking my synthroid, metformin, and prenatals so I am hoping everything will be fine. Does anyone have any advice or have gone through this experience? Anything would be great!

Keeping a healthy diet and activity level helps alot. I was able to conceive with cysts though not without difficulty as well. But not this time around and I'm now in my final trimester! If your active already just maintain your routine and eat all the healthy foods that you can. Try not worrying about every little thing! Get your partner to help by talking things out on your fears and worries. Maybe yours will be like mine and start helping you out with small things around the house. Remember stress does take a toll on your body! So enjoy every moment, each visit that confirms your still on the right path just become elated and rejoice in every passing day that not only your baby but YOU are healthy. Congrats! You'll be fine as long as you believe in the positive!
