Ginger products - ginger ale, ginger snaps, etc. Ginger is a natural tummy soother. I am 11 weeks and have been having it pretty bad. Always keep something on your tummy. Try to avoid fatty or fried foods, stick with fruits, veggies. Try unsalted crackers and foods with ginger in them. You may also want to switch when you take your prenatal. I switched to at night and it helped me.
