Okay I'm all new to diz I'm gona have my first bby I'm 18 years old nd ummm I'm 19weeks so it says nd I only been to da doctor once well.. here's my question. How do I know when each time I turn a other month???

At week 20 you will be 5 months!! It changes every 4 weeks..
jheaton is right..every four weeks is another month..and u should go to ur docs everymonth to keep u and the baby healthy
