17-month old has sores on her tongue

i thought maybe she bit her tongue but she now has 3 sores on the top front of her tongue. what could it be?

I would definitely take her to her doctor as soon as you can, or even urgent care. But my daughter got similar sores related to food allergies that she has. Best of luck to you!
Im not really sure about that but it could be maybe if shes getting sick.
I would take her to the doctor to get her checked out. There are a lot of possibilities for what could be causing the sores.
