That sounds like it's kind of a lot. Talk to your doctor about how much is ok to drink. Your main source of liquid should be water. I know when I'm pregnant I crave milk, but I never have more than 2 or 3 glasses a day. If you're consuming that much milk there's a chance you aren't getting enough nutrition from a healthy, balanced diet. You could also be consuming way more calories than you need, which will cause you to gain more weight than you should.
