For me, it was normal for my lower back to hurt. I read to have your spouse rub your back and take a nice shower. Remember to stay off your back and to lay on your side. You might want to try light excercises that stretches your lower back. Also, i was told that the lower back pain may mean that your pelvic is widen. If the pain is too much, make sure you contact your doctor.
I am 15 weeks pregnant with my second child and I am experiencing some of those same symptoms. I thinks the pain in the tummy are gas pains, I feel better once I go to the rr. My back has also been hurting but I think it has a lot to do with sleeping the wrong way. Try putting a small pillow in between your thighs at night, this helps with me.
