Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

Depo provera and menstruation

Hi, I have a question for some of you ladies. I hope someone can help me. I got on birth control for the first time on November 25, 2014. I had unprotected sex on December 14, 2014. I had my period December, January, and February. The 3 months depo was supposed to be working. March passed and I did not get my period, although I do have pms symptoms and get bloated. I don't have any pregnancy symptoms other than being really hungry all the time and tired. But the tired is because I go to school 8:30am-3Pm and work 4pm-12:30pm. In the middle of March, if pregnant I would have been 2-3months if pregnant. I had a blood (quantitive) pregnancy test and various urine tests. All negative. I'm not sure why I don't get my periods if I had them while I was on birth control. I've been freaking out.
