Healthy snacks for a baby that won't eat fruits. She is 12 months.

Is she allergic to fruits, or does she just not like them? If she doesn't like them, keep offering them. Stop picky eating as early as you can.Otherwise, steamed vegetables, cheese, bread, tortillas, crackers, teething biscuits, organic "puffs", dry cereal, beans, yogurt, cottage cheese, shredded chicken, avocado, are all great snacks. Unfortunately, most packaged baby snacks are going to be grains, which we don't need to eat a lot of. Protein, from beans (my baby loves garbanzo beans) and soft meats like chicken, dairy, which provides calcium and some protein, and carbs from fruits and vegetables are what babies (and adults) need.
