Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

I'm not really sure what you mean. By this point, most babies have already gotten into some kind of routine naturally. They automatically fall into pretty good nap routines on their own, as long as parents or caregivers follow their cues. The same goes for bedtime. A standard routine of bath, cuddles, and bed at roughly the same time every night gives them a schedule.now, if you mean your baby isn't sleeping through the night, that's common. My younger two were 10 and 9 months old respectively before they were sleeping through the night. There are a few methods, such as the "cry it out" method, that you can use to help get your child to sleep through the night, but honestly, your baby will do it when he or she is ready.
