Hi i got my implanon on july 2011 and got it removed march 14, 2013 ive Had my period twice since then Bt now im suppose to get my period bt im 2 days late i took 3 pregnacy test and all said negative im tryin to get pregnant wit my bf we were pregnant in 2010 bt i lost it on my second term How long could it take me to get pregnant? Im hopin for soon

There's no way to tell. It's different for every woman. For some it only takes a month or two, for others it can take a year or more.

If the tests are coming up negative it means you either are not pregnant, or it is too early to get a positive result. Either way, the symptoms you are experiencing are probably not from pregnancy.

Hello ... i removed my inplanon may 7 2015 got my period on may 27 last 4 days i been trying to have a baby with my partner we been trying since then this month of june my period was notdue until the 24 of this month i got it by june 20 light spotting was going away my partner and i has sex was no longer bleeding after we were done i started to bleed again ... got a fever took pills for that fever bleeding stopped same day we had sex once more came back ... we are frustrated we want to have a baby soon can prenatal vitamins help me conceive?
