pain below my right rib directly below my breast. It feels like it shoots through my core to my back. Is this a normal muscle pain?

With you being pregnant, it puts you at a greater risk of gallbladder complications.    Pregnancy caused my gallbladder to go bad, and I had it removed 2 days after delivering my second child.  I would call you doctor immediately to have this evaluated as the pain you describe sounds very similar to gallbladder issues.  Push on the area at the end of your breastbone closer to the right side and see if you have tenderness.  This would also single issues that should be evaluated immediately.  The four f's of gallbladder disease:  Fat, Fertile, Forty, and Fair.
