I agree that you should start with asking your OB and go from there.. I am sure that you could find a dr that was willing to help you with an egg donor.. there are drs out there that realize how important these kind of things are to women and that age is just a number.. I hope that things work out for you!!
I think it is possible to get pregnant with a donor egg at 58 but I think it will be very hard to find a dr who will agree to it. They don't like for women over 35 to have kids. However that is with their own egg so maybe they will be more willing with you using a donor. I would just try to research it and see if you could find any cases similar to what you are wanting and go from there. Also your OB would be a good place to start. Good luck! :)
It's possible, but there are huge risks to both mother and child. If you've already gone through menopause you really need to think long and hard about whether or not becoming pregnant is a smart thing. Your body is already past the point where it could normally handle this sort of thing. You should seriously think about adoption or foster parenting.
