i don't think that riding a bike would be a safe activity for you, but ask the doctor. try a pregnant yoga class, or swimming. before you start an exercise routine, you need to ok it with your doctor.
a bike ride can be good exercise but pinkpaisley8709 is right. You should ok all excerise with your dr before you start it. Because something that may be ok for one woman might not be ok for another. Or even if you could do it in a previous pregnancy this one is different. YOur dr might suggest something else so be prepared to have a back up plan. Good luck
