Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

THAT STILL HAPPENS TO ME IM 34 WEEKS THE DOCS SAY ITS NORMAL THOUGH SO DONT BE WORRIED :-)
Can't say exactly why it happens, but you can prevent the pain by not bending straight forward. It won't hurt if you lean more toward the side when rising. If you do need to lean forward be sure to separate your legs some so that your belly fits in between and doesn't put that added pressure on it.  Hope this helps.
Im 18 weeks also. The pain is from the uterous still growing and getting in place in your stomach cavity. My doc said so. If you have pressed on your belly, you can feel where the uterous and it fells like the same pain. It will stop once the placement finishes and the baby is confortable for the next 20 weeks
