You can't make it go away. But you can help make you feel better. Next to your bedside, have slatine crackers and water. Right when you get up, don't move just eat saltines and drink water. Then see how you feel. Hope this helps!
Saltines, gingerale (or put a littlg ginger into a glass of water or something else you are drinking) there are also "preggie pops" which are lollipops sold that contain ginger to help cub the nausea. I also found the sickness was worse with an empty stomach to trying to keep food in my belly all the time helped.Good luck!
