Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

My partner doesn't like me to visit my sons home without my parents.

I am 25 years old and I have been in a relationship with my 20 year old partner for 5 months, I have a 19 month old son with my ex girlfriend. My current partner will not allow me to visit my sons house unless I can prove I have gone with one of my parents because she is scared something will happen between me and my ex. My ex does call me and try to make flirtatious conversation with me but I constantly make it clear that I have no interest in her whatsoever because I have moved on and fallen for someone else. What should I do? It's putting quite a strain on our relationship but I don't want to feel like I'm letting my son down and nor do I want to hurt my.partner, the only person I seem to be hurting is myself whilst I don't know what to do. It's taken a long time for me to ask for help on this matter I hope you take the time to read it and give me a little help with some advice Thanks guys, Aaron
