My doctor always said every thing in moderation is fine (exculding alcohol and drugs) but to avoid too much fish especially.
go very easy on the fish. it contains mercury, which can be harmful to a fetus. like the previous poster stated, everything in moderation. fresh produce, lean meat/poultry, whole grains, etc. you should avoid soda, because it lowers your iron. if you drink coffee, limit it to no more than 2 cups a day. look under the pregnancy section of this site, it will give you a list of what you can and cannot eat. maybe that would help you.
