Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

You'll find them in the grocery store, near the bottled juices.  They come in a variety of flavors, and are usually pretty expensive - around $3 or $4 a pop, for something like 10 ounces.  Don't get me wrong, they TASTE good (some of them; I'm partial to the blackberry ones), but this is the first time I've heard them connected to milk supply.
I never heard of these to boost milk supply, but they are usually in the produce section near other health food type items.  Did your dr or midwife tell you to try fenugreek pills?  I had low milk supply with both children and the second time around I tried cluster pumping, fenugreek supplements (GNC), mothers milk tea, eating oatmeal and drinking a wheat beer before bed.  I believe the fenugreek helped the most.  Good luck!
Fenugreek is amazing for your milk! alphalfahelps too but if you can find a tea it is the best for quick results!!
