Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

My hockey bag is a goalie bag and any hockey moms out there know its HEAVY when full, Im wondering is that too heavy?? could it potentially hurt the baby???

Anything you're used to should be fine. While I was pregnant with my third I routinely hoisted my 50 pound double stroller into and out of the trunk of my car. But, I'm a little confused about the wording in your question. Is it your hockey bag, as in, you play hockey? If so, I'd talk to your doctor about that. Even being a goalie, wearing lots of padding, it doesn't sound safe.
