By 38 weeks, there isn't a whole lot that you can do comfortably. Walking, prenatal yoga, and indoor water aerobics are about all you can do. If you don't have a gym membership and/or it's too cold to walk outside, and exercise video would be good, as long as it's low-impact. There are some good prenatal yoga dvds out there. Do what you can, and don't feel bad if you need to spend more time resting than exercising. You'll be having your baby within 4 weeks. Being relaxed and rested is important.
