I took brewer's yeast tablets (this was recommended by the lactation consultant at my hospital). I started off with 3 at each meal. I also ate oatmeal every morning because that too was supposed to help. The brewer's yeast tablets definitely helped.
My doc said a beer that had a high yeast content would help out, she said to drink like 1 or 2 a day. So if you drink beer, maybe try that. I also have heard of a natural herbal supplment you can get at whole foods, or vittamin cottage that is supposed to help. Also make sure your calorie intake is staying very high. My co-worker started to slow down in production, but then she started to pump less at a time, but more often through out the day. Give that a try too. Regardless breastfeeding is hard for many women, and good luck!!!
Water and Fenugreek. Fenugreek worked wonders for me, but call your obgyn to make sure it's safe with your medical history.
