Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

You never quite realize how much there is to be afraid of until you realize that there is a little life growing in you that is completely dependent upon you.  While it is an absolute miracle, it is also one of the scariest things ever.  I can't say that I ever physically "felt" my fear, but it was something that I dealt with almost daily.  The important thing to remember is that you want to stay as calm as possible for your baby.  When you start feeling the sensation of fear, think about something that makes you happy, calms you down, etc.  It also helps to talk about it, either with your partner or other mommies.  My husband was actually my hugest support when I was worried about our little girl and sometimes lost my focus and let me imagination run away with me.  While it can be difficult to let go of your fear, it's important to realize that you're doing everything you can to give your little one a healthy, happy start, so try to concentrate on the positive!
Thank You very Much kris10mary, i'll try to be calmed whenever I feel that "fear" and breathe deeply.
