What are ways to avoid having a miscarriage?

well seeing as you were the one who told me it wasn't my fault when i lost mine, how can you really prevent it? i mean if its gunna happen it will. you are already doing your best and taking good care of yourself. so i'd say just keep doing that. i'm sure your baby will be fine.
all you can do is take as good care of yourself as you can. Go to your regular doctors apointments,ask questions and get yourself educated throughout the pregnancy.We can only do so much to prevent miscarrying.the rest is fate.If it isnt meant to be,then it isnt meant to be...but at least you know you took care the best you could right?
Go to your doctor checkups, try eating healthy and exercising, try not to stress and enjoy your pregnancy.First trimester is crutial so take it easy =)
