What is the best healthy fast snack to bring to work?

trail mix or an apple
I prefer fruits over veggies (or depending on the weather) I brought a small bowl to work and usually bring apples, banana, nectarines (or whatever fruit is in season) I find it if I have the fruit already at my desk, I am less tempted to snack on unhealthy stuff...
fruit of course....but if you feel you need something sweet try some trail mix, with m&m's or some other little candies in it...Or pretzels if your craving somthing salty
