Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

What can I do to ease the pain in my breasts?

1 answers
I expected some initial soreness and tenderness in the first trimester, which I definitely had. The pain went away for a bit but now it's back with a vengenance! The pain is always there as a throbbing ache, but occassionally I'll have sharp, stabbing pains as well. My breasts have already increased a cup size and are extremely heavy. I'm wearing a supportive bra with underwire, but I don't wear a bra when I'm sleeping (I find it uncomfortable).

I have found wearing a tight sports bra can help. I wear one at night bc it feels better for me.  Somedays I wear a sports bra during the day if I am very sore.
