Don't have a drink or smoke! Kidding, kidding...Do whatever you damn well please- literally! When you're pregnant, things are hard enough, but when you have 'one of those days'... just do whatever works for the time being.I have a 2 1/2 year old, a husband that runs a business, and two dogs that act like hyper 2 year olds. I go to school also, so needless to say, my 'homemaker' job isn't always easy or fun. I get stressed a lot, and when it happens, I have to leave the house as soon as my husband gets here- I might drive for a little bit and blast Def Leppard, I might go to the park and just walk for an hour, I might buy some new nail polish, but the one thing I always try to fit in to keep stress at bay is at least an hour a day at the gym. Some days I feel like crap and the gym is the last place I want to be, so I figure something else out.Men will NEVER understand what's going on with us pregnant women and our ever-so fluctutating hormones, but we can't control it [and I like to tell my husband he's responsible!]. Staying active is probably my suggestion all in all, but just do whatever relieves YOUR stress!
