what do u think.... normal or not normal???

im 36 weeks along and ive been getting pains and pressure through out the night.....it starts like cramps then gets worse then after an hour or two it goes away. im worried cause the first night it happened i went to the hospital and they said i started to contract too too early, so can some one help me with some advice. please and thank you.

It's most likely Braxton Hicks. If they go away after an hour or two, then you're not in labor. Braxton Hicks are totally normal to feel and usually you just have to deal with it.
