Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

Why does it feel like my baby is trying to kick her way out?

This is my 2nd pregnancy and i don't recall this ever happening with my first who's 2 now. I'm 26 weeks and this kicking has been going on for quite some time now. It feels like she's trying to kick her way out! Constant kicks to the groin and today is exceptionally bad. Is she uncomfortable or what?

I think it's normal. I'm in your shoes as well. It's my second pregnancy and I'm 26 weeks. I never noticed my first baby to kick so much. I think we are more aware now than before. I also felt movement very early on with this pregnancy. My doctor says that's normal for subsequent pregnancies. And every baby is different. I'm having a boy this time and my first child was a girl. His heartbeat is fast (160) and he is constantly on the move. My doctor chuckles about it and has no concern. I wish you the best of luck! I'm loving the kicks. It's the best part of pregnancy!
